As per research, when you listen to music you like, your brain releases dopamine, a “feel-good” neurotransmitter, which biologically causes to feel emotions like happiness, excitement, and joy. Listening to your favorite music for 15 minutes makes you naturally high.

As per research, runners who listened to fast or slow motivational music completed the first 800 meters of their run faster than runners who ran without music or slow music.
As per research, stress causes 60% of all our illnesses and disease and Listening to your liking music or, making music or singing or active involvement decreases levels of the stress hormone cortisol, which counteracts the effects of chronic stress, anxiety and also depression or frustration.

Study shows that listening to relaxing music for 45 minutes can cure insomnia. Dim light and soft music can also curb your appetite . Music can  help to fight frustration in traffic jam. Music can help you learn , memorize, increase IQ  and recall information better and helps to increase verbal intelligence for students and academicians. Music help to reduce pain and increases endurance.
