As per Indian Mythological scriptures, Brahma is the first & Creator God among triumvirate, or trimurti Gods. Trimurti Gods are Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar. These three Gods are responsible for Creation, upkeep & Destruction. In English, GOD stands for Generation, Operation & Destruction. That is how Hindu religion & others are similar about God.
Brahma is also known as Grandfather and as a later equivalent of Prajapati, the primeval first god

Lekhraj Khubchand Kripalani also known as Dada Lekhraj, was the founder of the Brahma Kumaris world spiritual university and also popularly known as Pitashri Prajapita Brahma Baba.
Supreme soul almighty authority Trimurti Shiva has awarded the title of Brahma to him and also bestowed the responsibility of creating & founding new Golden age on this world .
This article is about Pitashri Prajapita Brahma Baba.
He was born in February 1876 and left physical body on 18 January 1969.

Brahma Baba, born into a humble home as Lekhraj Kripalani in the 1880s, was the son of a village schoolmaster. Lekhraj was brought up within the disciplines of the Hindu tradition. After different jobs, he entered the jewellery business, later earning a considerable fortune as a diamond trader. He was the father of five children and a leader within his local community, known especially for his philanthropy.
In 1936, around the time when most people at his age start to plan their retirement, he actually entered into the most active and fascinating phase of his life.In the year 1936, at around the age of 60, Dada began to have Godly Visions and Divine Visits. He also had visions about the forthcoming destruction of the present Iron Aged World. Brahma Baba saw the earth shaking very violently because of unprecedented earthquakes, certain continents burning and going deep down under water because of nuclear catastrophe and a lot of blood spilling of communal and ethnic wars. Baba was terrified and saddened.
After a series of deep spiritual experiences and visions, he felt an extremely strong pull to give up his business and dedicate his time, energy and wealth to laying the foundations of what later would become the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University.
Baba also had a vision of the New World order of ‘Satyuga’ (Golden Age), where there will be perfect law and order, love & unity and purity, peace and prosperity. Baba was ordained by the Divine to be His Corporeal Medium for the establishment of this New World Order .
